Dr. Rose M. Caballero, DM, D. Min

Dr. Caballero has been a Christian all of her life.  She accepted her call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ on December 13, 2006.  She preached her first sermon at True Living Word Christian Church on March 11, 2007 and was licensed June 2007.  She was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and commissioned to teach the Word, preach the Gospel, and administer all the sacraments, ordinances and other functions of the church on August 8, 2010 under the leadership of her Pastor, husband, and best friend, Dr. Patrick Wayne Caballero.

She presently serves as Assistant Pastoral at True Living Word Christian Church to include Women’s, Youth, AWANA, Marriage, Vacation Bible School, Sunday School, Manor Care, and various other ministries. She is the Dean and one of the Associate Professors of True Living Word School of Ministry Theological Seminary.  She loves to sing.  January 7, 2017 she founded the Daughters of Distinction Leadership Development Program.

She is a lifetime student.  Dr. Caballero received her Doctorate of Management Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, Master of Art Degree from the University of Oklahoma in Human Relations, a second Doctorate/Master’s Degree in Ministry from the Institute for Teaching God’s Word Theological Seminary, Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Management from Thomas A. Edison State College, and Associate of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland. She graduated from Liberty High School in Liberty Texas. 

Dr. Caballero is employed with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Galveston, TX , where she serves as the Equal Employment Manager.  She has served with the Department of the Army for over 31 years. 

She is the honored wife of Dr. Patrick W. Caballero and is the proud mother of Patrick Jr.; four Goddaughters, Ashanti Lewis, April Coffie, Devine Jackson, and Brittney Monroe and one God-son Marquest Thomas.
