Dr. Norris was born and raised in the Chicago, IL area. He has been married to his childhood sweetheart Stephanie (Cottrell) Norris since 1994. The Lord has blessed them with two children whose names are Jessica and Samantha.
Under the leadership of Pastor Alyce Cook of Gethsmane United Methodist Church in Columbus, OH, Dr. Norris became a born again believer of Jesus Christ in July 2004. He is an Ordained Deacon and Minister of Music at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Dickinson, TX under the leadership of Pastor Lewis D. Little Sr.
Dr. Norris serves as professor of “The Prophets” at the True Living Word School of Ministry (TLWSOM) in La Marque, TX. Dr. Norris is employed by Arkema Inc. based in King of Prussia, PA, as a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Americas. He has worked in industry for over 35 years.
